Individualized Residential Alternative (IRA)

Our supervised IRAs offer 24-hour staff supervision for individuals who require oversight at all times. These certified, beautifully appointed homes provide housing for one to six individuals, comprised of room and board and individualized oversight provided by on-site staff who are available 24/7 to meet each individual’s needs.

Supportive IRAs offer training in independent living skills under adaptable amounts of oversight by staff not characteristically onsite or essentially on hand at all times.
